Our Teachers
The faculty of Krishnaveni Talent School shapes its special character. Each faculty member is both a teacher and a mentor, an expert in his or her own field. The faculty of KTS, consists of more than 5000 full time highly qualified teachers, who have extensive teaching experience in their respective fields. Each staff member also imbibes the KTS culture and ethos, which is the thread that binds the entire teaching fraternity of the KTS branches. This academic community not only imparts instruction through the regular teaching periods, it also engages students in a variety of other ways, whether it is to conduct the study hours, bring out innate talents of children, arrange and participate in extra curricular activities etc.
Teaching Style
Students learn through teacher instruction, group activities and digital classes. Seminars and workshops also form an integral part of the School Curriculum. Teachers use a student-centered style which instills confidence, initiative, and the development of critical and analytical skills. Guest Speakers are also invited to the schools to familiarize the students on various academic, scientific, social and cultural issues. Principal and faculty are carefully chosen and groomed to meet and carry forward the Vision and Mission of KTS Schools. The selection process ensures a complete assessment of the faculty and their suitability to the KTS philosophy with particular reference to content knowledge, awareness of current curricular & classroom practices, communication skills and attitudinal competencies. The faculty is led and trained by a team of experts in psycho-pedagogy, and receives intense and focused induction and training through various work shops. In-house professional development programs and a training calendar, ensures that the faculty is well equipped to meet the challenges of the 21st century classroom.
